To determine final numbers for styling and catering, RSVP deadline will be 1st July 2025.

Please ensure to note any dietary requirements or restrictions when you RSVP.

Guests to arrive at/from 4:00pm, for the ceremony to commence by 4:30pm. This will be followed by a cocktail hour and reception until 11:00pm.

The reception will conclude at 11:00pm. We completely respect and understand if guests have to leave earlier to get back to their little ones, or for other commitments. We hope you can stay for dinner and our first dance.

Cocktail hour will take place at The Warehouse, on the rooftop from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. There are stairs to the rooftop, and unfortunately no lift.

The dress code for the day is cocktail attire. Please do not wear jeans, shorts, running shoes, or other casual wear. The venue is airconditioned for your comfort.

Unfortunately, we have capacity limitations, so only those named on your invitation envelope are able to attend.

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only wedding, outside of those who are included in the wedding party by the Bride and Groom. Please ensure you make arrangements for your little ones who require supervision.

Fortitude Valley has endless options for dinner. Some options include King Street and James Street.

We recommend you arrive at your hotel earlier and ask to leave your luggage with the concierge staff.

September in Brisbane is generally comfortable with a low of 16 degrees, and a high of up to 24 degrees, with minimal heat and humidity.

We would like to opt for an unplugged wedding ceremony so that our guests can be present in the moment with us on the day. We will have a professional wedding photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments. After the wedding ceremony, you are able to capture the festivities throughout the night on your phone. We ask that you please hold from sharing photos on social media until we have the opportunity to make the special announcement ourselves as husband and wife.

Although the Bride and Groom will say farewell after the reception, Fortitude Valley has endless options of entertainment with good bars including; Savile Row, Maya, Cloudland, BrewDog, Valley Hops, and The Wickham.
